My Mission
McComb Consulting was launched in 2018 in Nashville TN with the mission of bringing a boutique experience to recruiting that goes beyond the traditional search. My holistic approach allows me to personalize services and assist clients and candidates across different industries and a wide variety of positions.
Working with sole proprietorships to mid-size companies, placing talent in positions such as Vice Presidents to Financial Analysts to Sales Reps, I am limited by neither industry nor position.

My Story
I bring 20+ years of professional experience in recruitment and human resources.
A Nashville native, my work and life experiences have taken me to Paris, France, New York City, and Chicago, working in industries such as film and television, healthcare, financial services and distribution.
Working overseas for 10 years combined with exposure to a variety of industries fueled my passion for learning more about people, culture and business.
Listening to people tell their stories is truly what I love to do.
